Eric Roberts

Eric Roberts is the Director of Morrison & Foerster's Forensic Accounting Services Group.  He is a retired partner of the the international accounting firm of Deloitte and is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and has been certified  in financial forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of CPAs.

<--break->Eric has been an expert witness in federal and state court in cases involving financial and accounting matters and has assisted in the representation of hundreds of companies, officers, directors, and other institutions in all types of civil securities cases, including class actions, derivative actions, and enforcement proceedings commenced by the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as assisting in white collar criminal cases. He has conducted or assisted internal investigations for public companies and their directors, including investigations for companies located in the US, Japan, China, Taiwan, Mexico and Russia. 

Eric served as a trustee and chair of the finance committees for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and for Mills College and as president of the Stiles Hall board.  Eric has a BS and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
