Hany Awadalla

Hany Awadalla is a Managing Director at Opus National Capital Markets, an investment bank focused on the healthcare space. He has provided companies with financial and strategic advisory services for almost 25 years. Hany was Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at both Unterberg Towbin and Collins Stewart. He was also previously Head of Healthcare M&A at UBS, Robertson Stephens and Wells Fargo. He began his career with Merrill Lynch’s M&A group.
He received an AB in East Asian Studies and Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from the Wharton School where he was a Lauder Fellow with a focus on China. Hany is based in New York and is an active donor to the arts and social justice organizations.
