Joe Garrett is Chairman of the Board of the Pangaea Global AIDS Foundation. He is a private investor and venture philanthropist. He has served on the Board of San Francisco-based AIDS Relief Fund China and as Board President of Project Inform.
From 1995 through 1999, he was a Principal, Director, Vice President and General Counsel of European Telecom. He earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
